Dr. Bo Mathias at Columbus Rehab & Golf Performance in Dublin, OH

Dr. Bo Mathias is a board certified chiropractic physician and performance coach specializing in chiropractic, rehabilitation, and golf fitness performance. Dr. Mathias started CRGP with the idea of helping the community at large as well as the golf community. In prior health and fitness settings, he witnessed the dedication and commitment shown by the golf community and wanted to be be able to provide the best possible rehabilitative care and fitness programs to this population. Dr. Mathias is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified, which is the worlds leading educational institution dedicated to the study of how the human body relates to the golf swing. He is certified in level 2 of both the medical and fitness tracks allowing for a greater understanding of injury mechanisms from the golf swing as well as exercise protocols allowing for better mobility and power equating to longer shots and better golf scores.

Dr. Mathias's views on health care are simple: provide the best care at the least overall cost. The key to this is finding the cause of the problem initially and not guessing until the problem is solved. His entire goal is focused around longevity of the patient: living a longer life with a better quality of life in the moment and as we age. How do we do this? First getting you out of pain using whatever treatment modality is indicated such as chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitation exercises and/or muscle work. Dr. Mathias is a big believer in active care or the patient actively participating in their care by doing rehabilitation exercises. Ideally, patients would then continue with a fitness plan to continue to gain strength and power as this will ultimately be the long to term key to having a better and longer quality of life.
