Golf Performance · Dublin, Ohio

More distance. Fewer aches. Longer seasons.

Golf performance training that builds a stronger, more mobile swing, so you hit it further and feel better doing it.

Sound familiar?

You didn’t lose distance. Your body stopped supporting the swing.

When your hips won’t rotate or your upper back stiffens, your swing adapts, and those adaptations cost you yards while loading the wrong structures. Dr. Mathias is a TPI certified chiropractor serving Dublin and Northwest Columbus. He trains the body behind the swing, so the speed you’ve been fighting for becomes available again.

What a program includes

YOUR BODY. YOUR SWING. YOUR PLAN.

Your assessment may lead to a focus on mobility, strength, power, movement quality, injury recovery, or a combination of these areas. The result is a training approach designed around your body, your swing, and your goals, not a one-size-fits-all program.

  • TPI Movement Screen. The starting point: where you’re restricted, where you’re weak, and how it shows up in your swing.
  • Golf-Specific Mobility. Targeted work for the hips, thoracic spine, and shoulders that drive rotation.
  • Strength and Power. Progressive training for rotational power, tracked with swing speed measurements.
  • In-Person and App-Based. One-on-one in Dublin, or a custom program through a training app.

TPI Movement Screen

If you don’t assess, it’s just a guess.

The TPI screen evaluates mobility, stability, strength, movement quality, injury history, and how those factors may influence your swing. The results identify physical limitations that could be affecting performance and guide a plan built specifically for you, whether that includes training, treatment, swing coaching, or a combination of all three.

What people ask before their first visit.

Golf fitness builds the mobility, strength, and power your swing needs. In Dublin, Ohio, we screen how you move and train the gaps that limit your game.

TPI stands for the Titleist Performance Institute. Dr. Mathias is TPI Certified at Medical and Fitness Level 2, so he can address both golf injury and performance within the same program.

Distance loss is rarely just a swing problem. As hip and upper back mobility decline, the swing compensates and clubhead speed drops. A targeted mobility and strength program can recapture a meaningful portion of that distance.

Golf is a high-rotation, high-repetition sport. Back pain after a round usually means the tissue isn’t conditioned for the load, or a mobility restriction is forcing the lower back to compensate. A TPI screen can identify exactly where the breakdown is happening.

No. Many golfers come in purely for performance. If pain is part of the picture, we address it alongside the underlying movement issues.

Sessions run $75 to $150, depending on session length and whether you buy a package. Every program starts with the TPI movement screen, so you are training on your own data from day one rather than a template.

Move better, feel better, perform better.

Whatever your goal, it starts here.
