Pain doesn’t have to be your normal. It starts with the right approach.

Chiropractic adjustments, rehabilitative exercise, and muscle release therapy in Dublin, Ohio, tailored to what you actually need.

Why we’re different

No predetermined protocols. No forever plans. Just what you need.

Most practices set your treatment plan before you walk in the door. Here, every session is built around what your body needs that day. Some visits are a quick adjustment. Others run a full 60 minutes with adjustments, dry needling, and rehab strength work woven together.

You choose the time, and we use it for whatever makes sense that day. We take a less-is-more approach. The goal is to get you better and get you back to your life, not to keep you coming back forever.

How we treat

Treatment built around what you actually need

No checklist gets applied to every patient. Your history, how you move, and your goals shape the session. We give you what you need and a clear explanation of why.

01

Chiropractic adjustments

Restoring motion to stubborn joints

When a joint stops moving well, the tissue around it gets stressed and pain follows. Adjustments restore that motion, from traditional manual techniques to instrument-assisted and low-force options, based on what your body responds to best.

02

Rehabilitative exercise

Building resilience through strength and mobility.

Most injuries come from doing too much too soon after too little for too long. Rehab closes that gap: specific, progressive exercise that rebuilds tissue capacity and keeps the problem from cycling back.

03

Muscle release therapy

Hands-on work for the muscle side of pain.

Focused soft tissue work that releases tension, breaks up guarding, and restores mobility. It often shares a visit with your adjustment, and for tight hips, shoulders, and necks it’s frequently the piece that makes everything else hold.

04

Dry needling

Targeted treatment for stubborn muscle and joint pain.

A thin needle placed into tight or painful muscle prompts your body to send healing activity to the spot. Often paired with electrical stimulation, it’s the tool we reach for when tissue isn’t responding to hands-on work alone.

Do any of these sound familiar?

You shouldn’t have to work around the pain.

  • You wake up stiff and spend the first hour just trying to loosen up
  • You’ve been managing a back, neck, or shoulder problem for months, telling yourself it’ll pass
  • You’ve tried imaging, tried rest, tried pushing through, and you’re still here
  • You’re functioning, but you’re compensating
  • A previous injury keeps flaring up at the worst possible times

Pain is only part of the picture. It’s common to start moving differently, avoiding certain activities, or compensating without realizing it. Addressing the issue early can help you understand what’s going on and often makes the path back to feeling and moving your best a little simpler.

If pain is changing how you move, it’s time to address why.

I have seem a dramatic improvement in my swing motion and ability to properly rotate my hips and shoulders. Both of these things have added more power into my swing. The other benefit I didn't really even realize I would get by going to see Dr. Bo is my general improvement in my muscle tone and body shape. It has been very motivating to continue to improve my overall health by working with Dr. Bo.”

Questions, answered

What people ask before their first visit.

Yes. We treat low back pain with chiropractic adjustments, dry needling, and movement-based rehab, tailored to what’s driving your specific pain.

Dry needling places a thin needle into tight or painful muscle. Your body senses it as a signal and sends healing activity to settle the tissue, reduce muscle guarding, and calm nerve sensitivity.

No. Dry needling is based on Western anatomy and targets specific muscles and joints from a clinical assessment, not traditional acupuncture points.

Yes. We assess what’s irritating the nerve, then use adjustments, dry needling, and rehab to reduce pain and rebuild your tolerance for movement.

Yes. Almost every first appointment includes a full consultation, a movement assessment, and treatment that same day. In rare cases, something turns up during the exam that needs a different kind of provider. If that happens, we won’t treat that day. We’ll refer you to the right person, fast.

It depends on your issue and how long it’s been there. We take a less-is-more approach and give you an honest timeline at your first visit.

A focused adjustment visit is $59, a 30-minute session is $109, and a 60-minute session is $200, with no insurance billing and no procedure-based upcharges. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we provide superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
