Sports Performance · Dublin, Ohio
Sports performance. For athletes and active adults who want to perform at their best.
Who trains here
Athletes of all ages.
From high school and college athletes to adults who train for the sports they love. Everyone gets the same thing: a program built around your body, coached by Dr. Bo Mathias, chiropractor and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist.
What we train

Rotational sports
Rotational sports require the mobility to rotate, the strength to control it, and the power to transfer force efficiently. Training focuses on hip and thoracic mobility, lower-body strength, trunk control, rotational power, and efficient force transfer from the ground up.
- Golf
- Tennis
- Baseball
- Softball
- Pickleball

Endurance sports
Endurance training builds the engine, but your body needs strength and resilience to handle thousands of repetitive steps, pedal strokes, and training hours. Strength training targets lower-body strength, single-leg control, calf and foot capacity, core stability, mobility, and muscular resilience.
The goal isn’t to replace endurance training. It’s to build a stronger foundation that helps you tolerate volume, maintain movement quality, and perform through demanding training cycles.

Athletic development
From basketball and football to soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and beyond, we build the physical qualities that translate across sports. Training develops strength, speed, power, explosiveness, agility, change of direction, and jumping and landing ability, with programming tailored to the athlete, their sport, and level of competition.
Stronger. Faster. More capable. Built for your sport.

How it works
Two ways to train.
- In person in Dublin. Sessions at 6025 Memorial Dr., with Dr. Mathias coaching form, load, and progression in real time.
- App-based training, $199/mo. A fully custom program built around your goals, schedule, and equipment: weekly workouts, video demos for every exercise, progress tracking, and direct access to Dr. Mathias. Train at home, at the gym, or on the road.
Why training here is different
One provider for your strength and your joints.
Most people coordinate between a trainer and a separate provider for the aches that come with training. Here, that is one person. If a joint restriction or nagging pain shows up mid-program, Dr. Mathias assesses and treats it at the same visit.
Treat. Train. Build.
