01 · Chiropractic Adjustments

Direct, evidence-based care for joints that aren’t moving right.

Adjustments restore joint motion, take load off irritated tissue, and help the nervous system settle. Dr. Mathias uses a range of techniques, from traditional hands-on adjustments to instrument-assisted and low-force options, based on what your body responds to best.

02 · Functional Rehabilitation

Progressive, movement-based rehab that builds tissue capacity.

Built around the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), which identifies where movement is breaking down and why. From there the program gradually loads the tissue, restores movement patterns, and builds the resilience that keeps the problem from coming back.

03 · Muscle Release Therapy

Hands-on work for the muscle side of pain.

Hands-on soft tissue work that releases tension and restores mobility. It can anchor a visit on its own or be added to any session, and for tight hips, shoulders, and necks it’s often the piece that makes everything else hold.

04 · Dry Needling

A signal your body responds to.

Thin monofilament needles placed into muscle tension, trigger points, or pain prompt your body to send healing activity to the area, often paired with electrical stimulation. Dr. Mathias is certified through Structure and Function and applies dry needling within a broader clinical picture.

05 · Golf Performance

Train the body behind the swing.

Swing problems are often body problems in disguise. Dr. Mathias is TPI Certified at Medical and Fitness Level 2. He assesses how your body moves, finds the physical limitations affecting your swing, and closes those gaps with mobility work and golf-specific strength. If something hurts, the treatment side of the practice is one room away.
